Hi, I’m Tom Killen, and I help leaders accelerate their development so that they achieve exceptional results and reach their potential.

If you’re like most leaders, you’ve gotten to where you are because of your track record of success. You’ve worked hard to get where you are, and you have aspirations for the future. But perhaps, lately, you feel like you’ve hit a ceiling.

You’ve probably read books and articles, attended leadership development programs, and sought advice from peers, mentors, and managers. These are good, but not enough. They give you some ideas, but it’s difficult to put them into practice. Your path is unique and cookie cutter advice doesn’t cleanly fit your situation. I’ve done my homework.

I’ve been a talent management leader in large, complex organizations, have a Master’s in Industrial / Organizational Psychology, and am certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources.  I’m also a certified coach through the International Coaching Federation, and in 2021 I was named one of Charlotte’s Top 20 Coaches!
